☞ FISH'S CIRCULATING LIBRARY.—We hope that our readers will bear in mind that Walter Fish still keeps his Circulating Library in operation. He has lately added an assortment of new books, and our citizens could not patronize him at a more acceptable time. He has just recovered from a severe illness, and his library is all he has to live upon, being too feeble to labor.
