The Maccabees' Anniversary.
Lansingburgh Tent, Knights of the Maccabees, observed its second anniversary last evening at Royal Arcanum Hall. An entertainment and banquet were given. Many members of the organization were present, all the tents of the vicinity being represented. Alexander Kirkpatrick, jr., Past Regent of the Royal Arcanum, and Dr. Flynn, medical examiner of the Lansingburgh Tent, were among the guests. Those who assisted in the entertainment were Sir Knight Clauson, Sir Knight Edelstein, Joseph Price and others. A feature of the exercise was the presentation of beautiful badges to John W. Wike and Past Lieutenant Commander John Beck. The guests surrounded a long table laden with many delicacies, and after supper was served addresses were heard from a number of prominent guests. The speakers were District Deputy Great Commander John Boyle of East Albany Tent, Past Commander Vier of Troy Tent and Past Commander Rotherham and J. G. Rommell, of Lansingburgh Tent, and Fred L.
