A NEW CIRCUIT.—Improvements Made Necessary by the Growth of the Long Distance Telephone Service—A New Station in Lansingburgh—Troy an Important Station.The long distance telephone station of The American Telephone and Telegraph Company, now located in the top story of the National Bank Building at the corner of Fulton and Fourth Streets, is to be moved to a new building to be erected at the corner of Third Avenue and [One Hundred] Twenty-Sixth Street, Lansingburgh. The new building will be of brick and three stories high. It will cost $10,000. The lot at the corner mentioned has been purchased by the company and building operations will be commenced in the spring. The testing department and the office will be located on the first floor. The operating room will be located on the second floor, and on the third floor will be located the operating plant and school of instruction.
